iPad Expected To Beat iPhone

Apple could sell extra iPads in the first three months of accessibility than it sold original iPhones in the similar period, according to sources quoted by the Wall Street Journal. “Hundreds of thousands” of units have by now been pre-ordered, says the report, with muscular demand expected at launch.
Apple is preparing to roll out the iPad on April 3, and the company’s publicity machine is in complete swing, as none of the presumed buyers have seen or touched the device but are handing over their money based largely on the promotional material on Apple’s Website.

Apple sold 1.2 million unique iPhones back in 2007 when it launched the handset, and the WSJ report says the iPad could outperform this number if insist keeps steady. Despite this, the achievement would be able to be gauged only in a few months; possibly just previous to the next-generation iPhone is introduced.

iPad trimmings delayed

It’s not the iPad that’s in short provided but a figure of of the Apple-made trimmings for it. Nevermind the fact that the iPad camera connection kit remains strangely engaged for pre-order, looks like both the iPad case and keyboard dock won’t ship as at first planned. While that’s a problem for domestic shoppers, it really bad information for folks who reserved their iPad pre-order for in-store pickup.

iPad Swapped if its Battery Fails, Apple Says

If you’re one of the people (or as others have said, “idiots”) who have by now determined to give over a few Benjamins for an iPad pre-order, odds are you haven’t given a great deal thought to what happen if yoapple ipadur battery goes bad. Rest assured that Apple is one step in front of you.

According to a recently-posted FAQ, Apple will restore your iPad if it “require service due to the battery’s diminish ability to grasp an electrical charge,” for $99 and a $6.95 delivery fee.

Before you get too excited, this doesn’t mean that you could pull the old switcharoo if you’re tampering with your iPad or using it as a coaster.

Apple added, “Your iPad is not eligible for Battery Replacement Service if the product has been damaged, for example, as result of an accident, liquid contact, disassembly, unauthorized service or unauthorized modifications, or if the product is not operating correctly as a result of a component failure.”
