Microsoft Selects Navizon for Geolocation

Navizon Inc. has sign a licensing agreement with Microsoft Corp., beneath which Microsoft will use Navizon’s global site file to provide an enhanced knowledge to its mobile user.

Navizon, a software-only cross wireless position system, helps users find the way in the majority major cities across the globe. Navizon works by triangulating signal broadcasted from Wi-Fi access point and cellular towers, and the company’s software is at the present embedded in much smartphone application which is fast becoming necessary tools for the modern urban way of life.
